01
Interested
Interested people like what you do. They nod, they follow, they bookmark. They will agree with everything you say and change nothing about what they do.
Interested attention fills a room and empties a bank account, which is why volume alone never reads as growth. It is not worth nothing. It is worth what it costs you to serve it.
02
Committed
Committed people have decided. They bought the thing, they show up, they run the work with their own hands.
They are the smallest paying group you will ever enjoy having, because commitment converts into results, and results become the proof that carries your next three years of selling. Protect this group. Every shortcut you take is billed to them first.
03
Obsessed
The obsessed reorganize their week around the work. They arrive early, they ask the question everyone else was afraid of, and they finish.
Price is not the filter for the obsessed. Fit is. Charge for them honestly and you will find the committed still follow, because integrity prices itself. Discounting to catch the interested is how the obsessed are quietly told they overpaid.
The move
Write down the name of one obsessed customer. Study what they did in their first week with you, then rebuild your onboarding so every new buyer is required to do that thing.
