This site explains Mindset Marketing Academy, publishes the framework library, and takes requests for seats at live sessions. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to join The Founders. The Founders is discussed and decided in the room.
Results mentioned anywhere on this site reflect specific businesses the founder has built or advised, many of them across decades. They are not a typical outcome. They are not a projection, a guarantee, or a promise of earnings for you or any business that attends a session or becomes a member.
Results depend on the owner's decisions, market, execution and effort. Attending a session does not create a result; running the reps does.
A seat request is a request, not a confirmed booking. Seats are confirmed by email and are limited by the size of the room. Session dates, times and locations may change with notice to confirmed attendees.
When you give us your mobile number on a registration or application form and agree to receive texts, you consent to receive SMS messages from Mindset Marketing Academy and The INCubator Marketing Agency about the sessions and events you requested, including confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, and reply HELP for help or write to WIN@mindsetmarketing.co. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Membership is $997 per month. The initial AI investment is $9,797, one time. Pricing is reduced only at our live events or through a Certified Team Leader.
Your first month of membership is free and starts when your install is paid. No card is needed to start it. You may cancel the membership within the first 7 days by replying CANCEL to your welcome email or contacting support, and you owe nothing for the membership. Your install is a separate purchase and stays yours. After day 7, the membership terms apply, including the minimum of six paid monthly payments, with billing starting on day 30.
The AI Marketing Skill Suite install is delivered the moment you pay. Once you receive the skills they cannot be returned, so the install is non-refundable.
Your free membership month starts when you pay for the install. Cancel within 7 days and you owe nothing for the membership. After day 7 the membership minimum in your agreement applies.
Monthly membership payments are not refundable.
A locked price ends on cancellation or downgrade. Returning members pay the current price.
A GoHighLevel account is created at purchase for members. Members who leave can keep GoHighLevel only at the then-current standalone rate, which ends membership and any locked price. Members can export their own data from GoHighLevel at any time at no charge. A cancelled account closes 30 days after membership ends. Moving a GoHighLevel account to another agency carries a one-time transfer fee, stated in the member agreement.
Without membership, the initial AI investment ($9,797) includes the Brand Kit, the AI system and a review call. It does not include GoHighLevel, weekly trainings or updates.
Membership includes training access for two team members. Additional team licenses are priced in the member agreement.
The initial AI investment is paid with the yellow PayPal button. Credit and debit card options appear at checkout, and no PayPal account is needed. Membership is billed monthly to a card. Park City is priced separately and stated in the member agreement. Full billing terms are in the member agreement, signed before payment is taken.
The frameworks, lessons and materials on this site and in the room belong to Mindset Marketing Academy. Members may use them in their own businesses. Republishing, reselling, or teaching them as your own is not permitted.
The site and the sessions are provided as education. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindset Marketing Academy is not liable for business outcomes, losses or damages arising from the use of the material taught.
