This site explains Mindset Marketing Academy, publishes the framework library, and takes requests for seats at live sessions. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to join The Kabal. The Kabal is discussed and decided in the room.
Figures cited anywhere on this site, including combined results crossing $100M, are documented outcomes of specific businesses the founder built or advised. They are not a typical outcome. They are not a projection, a guarantee, or a promise of earnings for you or any business that attends a session or becomes a member.
Results depend on the owner's decisions, market, execution and effort. Attending a session does not create a result; running the reps does.
A seat request is a request, not a confirmed booking. Seats are confirmed by email and are limited by the size of the room. Session dates, times and locations may change with notice to confirmed attendees.
The Kabal is $997 per month with a twelve month commitment. Onboarding is $4,997 once. Park City is $4,997 for Kabal members and $7,997 for everyone else. Full billing and cancellation terms are provided in writing before payment is taken. Participation may be cancelled [CANCELLATION TERMS].
The frameworks, lessons and materials on this site and in the room belong to Mindset Marketing Academy. Members may use them in their own businesses. Republishing, reselling, or teaching them as your own is not permitted.
The site and the sessions are provided as education. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindset Marketing Academy is not liable for business outcomes, losses or damages arising from the use of the material taught.
