A tactic you have never executed is an opinion. The gap between knowing and running is closed only by reps, and the owner cannot delegate that work without also delegating the understanding. The work is built live, in the room, against a real business, yours. Not a worksheet, not a template downloaded and forgotten.

After the room, you run it. Write the message yourself, place it yourself, read the reply yourself.
One rep of your own hands teaches more than a month of watching someone else's, and it is the only way the judgment transfers. Watching a master work is entertainment until you take the tool.

Own the reps does not mean own all of the work forever. It means you cannot direct what you have not done.
Once you have run the motion yourself, you can hire for it honestly, because now you know what good looks like, and you will never again pay a premium for work you cannot inspect.
